"Too often the role required constant 60-hour work weeks/weekends."

"The people are the best! It's very collaborative and there are many very bright people. I love the energy of working with really capable people that love what they do."

"It's a tough environment from an executive management perspective but the people are great."

"Executive management is out of touch and poor in their vision and the way they don't empower very bright people that can make a big positive difference for the company."

"Learn from the very bright people that care so much. Empower them. Don't make them feel threatened and like they are machines."

"It is a company that is stuck doing things the Old Way and cannot seem to figure out how to proceed."

"I would change the business model completely to focus on the consumer and not the product while producing real content that can really drive traffic."

"Don't be overwhelmed by how relax the office is, because they do get a lot of work done."

"If anything, I would say for new mailers have a set training in place. But it still is not a easy job, if you don't already have an ideal of the work."

"Be ready for constant change and lack of clear direction. Teams are competing with each other and it's a challenge to feel like a team."

"Too many conflicting directives coming from different layers of the company and I hate the corporate politics and lack of transparency."

"Break down silos and hierarchy to support more team work groups and collaboration."

"A passion for sports and fitness helps, depending upon what department you are interviewing with - however, it is not mandatory. You must be able to work under ever-shifting priorities."

"Precor is small, and lacks opportunity to advance. If you are looking to move up the ladder, the opportunities are few and rare."

"Continue to openly and honestly discuss how the business is doing to all employees - this is rare among international companies, and is very refreshing. Enabling employees to understand how they and their roles fit into the 'big picture' is key to motivation and high morale."
