What do you like about working at Teknor Apex?

"Financially stable company, family owned and if you have the right position it's great. Some wonderful people across all divisions at the second-tier senior commercial and operations levels and at the mid level management to admin levels as well. Good company, quirky owners."

What don't you like about working at Teknor Apex?

"In order to be promoted you must be an insider and be chosen by the owners as such. Commercial success is not a reason for promotion. Competing points of view at the top about the company and how to run it, and this prevents modernisation of the company."

"SGI had the best and brightest of Silicon Valley working there at that time - we were changing the world."

"Management lost focus and the bright people there left to create startups in the valley - Network Appliance, NVIDIA, ATI etc"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"SGI is no longer the rockstar it once was. THy have been recently acquired by a server company."
