"Have a DE if you want to be an underwriter. The bad news - you can't get a DE from the FHA since 1992, and you can't get an underwriting job these days without a DE!"

"They could have used a knife instead of an axe to make the cuts they made."

"Agreeing when fraud was found, to not let it slip by...however, when know they let it, partially out of greed."

"Be sure you can handle heavy work hours (sometimes 10-12 a day) and make sure you are compatible with 'corporate mentality' in order to make it an easy place to work."

"Everything - there was so much emphasis on policies and procedures you couldn't effectively do your job, and if you did your job, you weren't in compliance with policies and procedures!"
