What do you like about working at Mission Hills Mortgage Bankers?
"My branch managers, co-workers were all great to work with. The system they had in place for originating, processing and funding loans was very good."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This company has very tough underwriting and guidelines, so be aware that getting your loan done on time will not be easy, preparing your borrowers and the agents involved from the beginning of the transaction that there will be delays in closing is crucial so that there is no misconceptions."
What don't you like about working at Mission Hills Mortgage Bankers?
"They had problems with their underwriting and guideline interpretation, so it was very hard to get a loan approval without a lot of trouble to the client and the staff. The Senior VP was very unprofessional and not supportive at all. As a result, the entire branch where I was employed quit in the same week."
What don't you like about working at American Trust Mortgage?
"No support, guidance training or anything. Simply a conduit to process loans once I qualified them."

"The computer system was very slow and that made it hard to give clients their information on a timely manner."

"They make you work overtime and it was 4 years before I got paid for it."

"terrible management and even worse atmosphere to work in. glad they went out of business."

"none, they are all gone they called us in one day and said collect your stuff, we are closing down"

"It was team enviorment. Everyone really cared and we all went out of the way to help eachother. We all worked hard to acheive our goals."

"The company is now closed. But you have to stress that you are a team player and it has to be important that your interested in the company growing as a whole not just you making money."

"I worked there during the start of the mortgage crisis so there wasn't a big opportunity to make money"

"I worked with my bosses to make creative way to make selling fun. The bottom line was the more mortgage applications we got the more mortgage closings there were. We made different contests and incentives to help keep people focused eventhough the mortgage crisis was making it hard to"
