Stay away from fear as a mmain motivator, to more of you can do it , encouragement, success rconigition. it allows for more of a cognitive work place & I believe more of one wanting to set the bar for others to achieve. rather than producing for the fear ofhere job."

"The corporate rigidness made it sometimes difficult to maintain client relations. This business requires you to think outside the box."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"GMAC had limited loan products and if you used a broker they would penalize you financially. The goal should be to satisfy your client and close the loan. A lot of my business comes from referral."
