I dislike most the aspect of the politics associated with enforcing data stewardship, but it is a necessary evil."

"My company is very large and easy to act on innovation unlike a smaller firm, and as a result some ideas get lost in transition."

"Management should continue to encourage and embrace innovation in order to stay ahead of the curve."

"Look for your next job right now so you'll have it lined up."

"Teamwork has degraded. Some team members attempt to sabotage your work in front of the clients. Self-serving, egotistical managers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Create a team that would seek out those individuals who has a track record of high performance and ensure they are properly placed within the company to best utilize their skills and passion. Ensure they are not placed in a position where they cannot excel. And ensure that the high performing individuals who are in a position that doesn't use their passion, are moved to a position where their passion is utilized."
