"The owners at the time were imbalanced and unethical. Management was running scared."

"Restoring some normalcy to the department that I managed. They were brutalized by senior management."

"It has probably improved since the Sandler's sold to WaMu/Wells Fargo. But the damage has been done to those poor people that worked there."

"That the leadership allowed such dysfunction to occur - a hostile environment."

"Managing the 401(k) plans for the US, Puerto Rico and the M&A's at the time. My director was a wonderful person - made coming to work a pleasure."

"It sent the benefits department to North Carolina. I was offered the position, but didn't want to relocate at that time."

"I wish that there were more opportunities to grow your career and more flexibility with telecommuting."

"I would offer a suggest for management to become more flexible with their telecommuting policy and to become open to developing careers with responsibility versus title."

"Go back to the way things were run during the early years. That is why all associates were so happy and business was booming."
