"Beware! Don't let the allure of money guide you. Ensure that you really shine in your area of expertise, and be ready for a fight. No one will give you a hand there until you've proven your mettle! And proving yourself is NOT an easy thing to do if you don't get the opportunity."

"Entrenched management and work groups fight off newcomers and provide no means for advancement to personnel that they don't know. No opportunities are given to unknowns."

"Reward was totally disconnected with what value you had delivered to company. I designed new products which created $5 milion revenue, owner had shown up all his wealthy on parking lot, a dozen of fancy cars, a boat, maybe a helicopter at home. Show me the Corporate Of America."
