"Satisfaction in knowing the users of the upgraded technology really appreciated the job we were doing."

"100% travel position. Being away from home most of the time."

"It was a fun company to work for but the technology growth was limited to security dongles."

"I liked the intellectual challenge and working with datacom interfaces and protocols. I liked the work environment, and the combination of lab and office."

"Not really. The division I worked for was sold off to Checkpoint Security Appliances. There are no longer any hardware positions."
What don't you like about working at Nokia?
"I hated the frequent reorgs and the fact that we couldn't keep up with our competitors."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay more attention to the market, your competitors, and your customer's needs. Listen to your technical leads."

"Ask for contract, there is no job security with this company, and watch your back."

"Your just a cog to be moved to whatever project they need help on.No ownership of work. What you start, someone else will finish."
