"Look at the quality of work being done in the various places. Rework is costly. You get what you pay for - you pay for cheap labor, you get cheap labor and poor quality."

"Not value , they dont respect the Human resources we feel like another truck"

"Change, its behaviour its no sustainable, for sure soon they will lose the company because the customer and the employes receive tany care,"
