"I do not like high-rise construction staking. In my opinion you do not need a surveyor to layout buildings."

"They are looking for individual who have some knowledge with technology and have flexible hours (weekdays and weekends). Knowledge of routers and computers (Windows and Mac) will be a plus."

"Long Hours (given, its a start-up company that is still growing)."

"This company is a start-up, so for that reason, I have no suggestions at the moment. Things will be hectic."

"Shift work, it gets tiring rotating, I would like to be on one shift and not rotate."

"When doing employee surveys listen to all employees and not just to the sales people."

"They went to a workforce management computer system which was very unproductive."

"To stop laying off people and provide a quality service for Sprint."
