"Dynalectric was merged with Contra Costa Electric. I do not believe that Contra Costa was honest in their dealings with the employees of Dynalectric."

"I was given the freedom to select jobs and to develop an advantageous bid strategy while working primarily independently."

"Right hand and left don't know each other. No lifeguard. Swim at your own risk."

"Blind is a good descriptive of the corporate vision. Also, deaf and dumb work well."

"Find a job at Wendys so you'll at least have some benefit to society. Learn something about being PROACTIVE."

"Be very good at what you do. This is not a 40 hour a week job."

"My work had a noticeable impact for the clients, as well as my co-workers. It was a great work environment and the work structure was very flexible."

"Be confident in your abilities and take every opportunity presented to increase or advance them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take more calculated risks. Use internal estimates to win work and then buy the project out with competetive subcontract and vendor/material bids to increase the margins substantially as well as increase the level of overall performance by active and aggressive project management."

"The vice president of operations he doesnt know how to estimate and look at estimates"

"Take time to look at projects and know if you are able to bid them"

"A very healthy team atmosphere, a solid job training and job assistance with workload, reasonable expectations, achievable goals and excellent employee mentoring/coaching."

"None, Polyvision is very strict in its recruiting practices and you have to be ready when interviewed for a position there."

"Lack of inter-departmental growth, there were many opportunities outside of our department that seemed unattainable although several were great fits."

"Salary did NOT match responsibilities nor the money I brought in for the company (I didn't just warm a chair so they could collect their fees)."

"Retire now, while your company is still intact. But first, hire someone with some common sense who can see the left hand KNOWS what the right hand is doing (you'll lose less money)."
