What do you like about working at Wright Construction Group?
"I enjoyed the team work aspect of the company as well at the commitment to technology. The management has a family first mentality, which meant alot to me and my family."
What don't you like about working at Wright Construction Group?
"As an estimator your end goal it to be successful bidding projects including those in the competetive market against other contractors. I felt that Wright Construction was not as competetive as the could be therefore winning projects was few and far between."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Determine how to become more competetive on projects when bidding against other contractors."

What do you like about working at Titan Framing ?
"The autonomy to do my job to where I think how it should be done."
What don't you like about working at Titan Framing ?
"Any mistakes I had made and how I felt from the criticism I received."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None. But they did listen if the employees did have any."
What do you like about working at Gerardi Construction?
"I love the construction industry, and I love that I am able to contact and converse with subcontractors."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just Do not do it. I recommend you be very careful, and get all information BEFORE you accept a position with this company. Ask other employees how they like working there, before you accept a position."
What don't you like about working at Gerardi Construction?
"Too many hours per week, boss is paranoid about every employee, cameras set up to watch employees Boss is unapproachable, literally. No comraderie within employees. Employees are nasty to each other, for no reason."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"TRUST the people you hire, or do not hire them. Care about your employees! They are helping YOUR company. Salary should mean 40-45 hours, NOT 50-55 hours per week. We have family too. Warnings to employees who disrespect each other. THAT makes it hard for everyone. Your employees are scared of each other, and of you. Not very comfortable. That leads to people not being loyal, and not wanting to work for you."
What do you like about working at SASCO?
"It pays well. It has a open schedule and work hours."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Its a great job if you didn't go to college and you don't mind working in a hostile environment. This is great for some people, but you will be doing the same thing in 20 years that you will be doing on the first day."
What don't you like about working at SASCO?
"We exist soley based on our legacy relationships. We're unable to compete with other companies without resorting to shady dealings. We're stuck in the 1950's work mentality."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Enhance communications through out the organization. Make the company more about the results and less about keeping up with traditional work methods."

"This was a part-time job position. I do not believe they still in business."

"It was part-time and provided the opportunity to use my estimating skills."

"The company would benefit from hiring young trainees to allow the company to have developing skilled workers readily available."
What don't you like about working at ARJ Enterprises?
"The company had very bad management practices which was brining it down and putting it out of reasonable bid positions."

"The company should highlight its most successful projects and use them as examples of their work. It should also hire better feild workers."

"The staff. We were a very family-oriented company. Plus, it was mine."

"There are none since the business was closed down in March of 2012."

"I had partners who had a few major differences in basic philosophies about life and running a business."

"Work harder at resolving differences and respect the opinion of others."

"None, if you are looking for roofing sales I would highly recommend this company."

"I wish we had medical insurance and retirement benifits only"

"None, Mr. Covey is one of the best employers I've ever worked for."

"Be yourself! The company primarily hires people what can play well with others, are excited about working for it, and have a good attitude."

"Limited opportunities for advancement. Often too many meetings conflicting directives."

"Seek out internal applicants and work harder on mentoring employees."

"I like working with most of the employees in the New york Office"

"Not enough large projects were in house, therefore the work load slowed."

"None to speak of. I only hope things improve for the company as a whole."

"I liked the people I worked with as they were excellent."

"They need to be aggressive and prepare for the interview based on what they have done in their previous jobs."
What don't you like about working at TolTest?
"I did not like the fact that the company had to grow so fast and then laid-off people as soon as they did not win enough projects to cover the actual expense. Bad strategy!"

"They need to give the opportunity for such good and qualified people within the company to run a portion of the business."
What do you like about working at CH2MHILL?
"Fellow employees for the most part are good people. Company has access to many different sectors of construction."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be careful about which business group you get into. Political survival is key asset."
What don't you like about working at CH2MHILL?
"Their structure and seeming instability in controlling budgets at the highest level impacts my work and environment and nobody really understands why we are so unstable. They are not employee focused anymore."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Better communications to people on the front lines. People that don't have any money (budget) for development will not stay with the company."
