"Honesty and sincerity go further than anything else. Read up and do a good background check on the recruiting agency you are applying for, try to find out as much as you can about there client so to know if this is a position that actually fits your needs."

"Being paid on a weekly bases; continual and erratic changes in policies; a large volume of turnover due to the company owner."

"I am not the type of person to make simple suggestions just to fill in a box. This would be the type of answer which would require several days of strategic planning and implementation."
