"Upper management has not down a clear job managing or leading the younger engineers."

"I would provide clearer career paths for all the engineers."
What do you like about working at Lockheed Martin?
"401k matching up to 8%, 9/80 work week, flexible schedules."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you have absolutely no other options and you opt to interview here, the interview will not be very technical. They want you to be slightly familiar with what they do and will ask why you want to work there. The company motto is Never forget who we work for, so the correct answer is that you love being able to defend our proud nation and support the troops."
What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?
"Limited opportunity for growth. Need a sponsor (a friend in management) to get promoted. The work is very boring and mundane and way beneath the potential of anyone with an engineering degree. Recruiters lie during the interviews to make the job sound interesting, but in reality the job entails little more than modifying Word documents and attending meetings. Unfortunately, when it's time to leave, you'll find yourself woefully inadequate when compared to other engineers at commercial companies."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat the employees with respect. Recognize and reward the employees that actually do work instead of the ones that simply talk about doing work and then take credit for other peoples accomplishments."
What do you like about working at Enercon Engineering?
"Professional office and staff. Nice woring enviornment. Close commute to home."

"Company is service driven for the nuclear utility field. Be prepared to travel on short notice."

"Utility based service company with a great deal of down time during and between projects."

"Incorporate flexible office hours to allow home life/work life balance of time."

"Learn how to develop medical devices for the dental industry."

"Prepare for a big challenge dealing with management, is like a communism"

"The VP of Engineering is not a manager, he does not how to treat the people that work for the company."

"Improve the way to treat the engineers, treat them with respect after all of the sacrifice that we do."

"There is nothing really that I do not like about the company"

"Keep doing what they have been doing so that the high regard the employees have the company do not reduce"

"I went to work here and absolutely loved it."
What do you like about working at WorldCom?
"It was my first job where I was the boss and everybody loved me there. My boss moved to Seattle and got a different job and offered me more money, so I followed him up here."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just get in there and do your job and you'll fit right in."
What don't you like about working at WorldCom?
"The pay wasn't very much, but everything else I loved there. The people were like family who worked there and I was very sad to leave."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since I have left the company, it has really gone down hill there. The new employees are just not taking care of the Building and it was the most beautiful building in Colorado Springs. And that's sad. :("

"Technically challenging. Was able to work with new micro-processors and motion sensors."

"Be prepared to work with many porsonalities. There are a lot of technical managers that are not technoligists."

"Company grew too fast. Could not handle or manage rapid expansion."

"Pay more attention to experienced staff. Experience will invariably beat theory."

"I liked the challenge of bilding unknown new solutions, opportunity to learn all new things and new technologies"

"Furloughs, lack of good marketing department, lack of good direction (company explored only one segment of the market and heavily relied on foreign feed-in tariffs)"

"Company ought to diversify more (to spread the risk to more segments of the PV market)"

"No, I do not have any useful tips except be ready to work hard and get your work done very quickly and efficiently"

"There are not a whole lot of things I don't like about the passport systems. At times the pace is at a break neck speed."

"plan a little better and give enough time for engineers to design and execute so that back-end problems can be minimized"
