"Love: I have freedom to solve problems the way I think is best. I have earned the trust of my manager (by demonstration) to find the best solution, and I work with a great team which allows us to bounce ideas off each other. Hate: Bureaucracy. Every large entity faces this problem though (corporations, governments, institutions,etc.), it's not just a Comcast thing."
