"I love the autonomy of my role. I know how to do my job and can see myself making a difference every day. The relationships I have built with my colleagues are very invigorating and I look forward to interactions with them; working on innovative ways to make the company better. I'm recognized for being someone who can get stuff done and make things happen. My work is seen by the CEO and board of directors. Financially I can see the results as well. The not-so-fun area of work is constantly transferring projects and technologies to Asia. Along with that is the cost cutting aspects. Every year, mostly two times per year there are layoffs and cost cutting. It is necessary, but it would also be nice to be part of a growing company that is building and expanding."

"It was always total chaos due to a few individuals"

"Be yourself. Do not lie about anything, as background checks are extensive."

"It is hard to navigate internal procedures and systems. There is little documentation, and web locations change without notice."

"Fix M&A activity systems integration. Many newly-purchased companies take years to update to common network."
