"This is a great company, but not a good social atmosphere. Always be on your game, and prepare to be a self starter and motivator."
What don't you like about working at Cogility Software?
"My only complaint is the social environment was a little lonely."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would recommend that more constructive communication with employees. There was a little too much freedom given in all areas."

"The environment at Inside Out was a close group of creative professionals who ultimately were also close friends."

"Respect the company. They will have a great deal of respect for you. give them the same courtesy."

"The agency is small. There is a great deal of work involved in landing accounts competing with the larger agencies."

"Be more agressive in growth. Step aside from other roles and concentrate on sales and new business development."

"My colleagues are easy to work with in and out of the office."

"It is a job with benefits. Most of the good that may come of it depends on the people you work with."

"Client control of design projects. We often are ham-stringed by the client wanting to jam as much information into a given area as possible."

"Get the creatives in a better environment. The place we work in has no windows and is a sea of cubicles."

"Great creative staff, including Account Execs and CEO. Overall, great staff of people to work with in general. Variety of client's projects to work on."

"Company has downsized to a skeleton crew of 10. Don't think they'll be interviewing anytime soon."
What don't you like about working at Doner?
"Work environment. Very corporate(located in a bank building), Cubicle workstations for most creative dept."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Nourish and encourage outside-of-the-box thinking. Let Creatives be Creative, Take teams outside once in a while(field trips, museums, etc.,) to spark creative thinking. Let people laugh out loud sometimes."

"The people, our product and the environment was great. There was great support from my staff and good teamwork. They really wanted to learn and grow as individuals."

"Make sure they know what their job description, what their responsibilities are and who you will answer to."
What don't you like about working at USA Today?
"Too many meetings! would have liked to have more time to do hands-on work with my staff. Upper management needed to be better at communicating. They also had trouble defining their vision."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more transparent with what is going on. Don't surprise the staff with sudden changes."
