"The environment. The tools to do my job were constantly being upgraded to better ones. Team meetings every week."

"My suggestion is for management to have better communication with other departments within the company."

What do you like about working at Spencer Technologies?
"The people I worked with each day made the job a good one. My boss Nate is one of a kind... I don't think anyone could have asked for a better place to work for or a better boss. I loved it there."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Yes, work hard and do your job well then you will enjoy the company you work for."
What don't you like about working at Spencer Technologies?
"The long drive everyday and the fact that no one in Mass knows how to drive without almost running you off the road..... I would say that is the only thing I didn't like about work at Spencer. Tho, this was a small thing and driving in Mass is what it is so."

"Keep the people that know how to do there job and get rid of the dead weight."

"The interactions between all the employees and the typr of field the company was involved in. It was a challenging place to provide tech support especially during the growth spurts and downturns."

"At mimum an interest in the Energy Field"

"The commute."

"Great people"

"It's not the same company it was 5 or more years ago, so if you've heard great things about this place, do some further research."
What don't you like about working at International Rectifier?
"The new upper management that was hired after the scandal did nothing to get to know remaining employees, their skills and interests, and started cutting positions based on compensation rather than what the people offered the organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get to know your people. We/they are not just expenses, but the backbone of the organization."
