"They really stress getting training for employees and keeping up with the trends in technology."

"Be open and honest and know your stuff. It will be pretty technical but they aren't expecting you to know if all but they are looking for an 80% solution."

What don't you like about working at Aggregate Technologies?

"There wasn't anything I didn't like about the company. I thought they had a fair and balance approach to managment and enpowerment of they employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep up the good work. They really do enpower the employees to make decisions on making the company better."

"If interviewing for an overseas assignment, make sure you get all the facts on housing and cost of living allowances as well as relocation/repatriation entitlements."

What don't you like about working at L-3?

"Generally work at customer location, rather than corporate; so company culture/comraderie is limited."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Improve employee mobility within the company. It's tough to move up or laterally, so many of my coworkers have gone elsewhere."
