"I loved that I was viewed as an adult. I was empowered and ran my area of responsibility as if it was my own business."

"It's a tough market right now in new home construction! Have a back up plan!"

What don't you like about working at PulteGroup?

"It was difficult always working. I worked hard and was rewarded for it, but work isn't all there is in life. More balance would have been nice."

"Continue with the culture, even in these tough times."
