"When I started with GM in 1976, it was booming. People were united and built cars and trucks that Americans wanted."

"Many people have dedicated their lives to GM, and still, at the end they were just a number."

What don't you like about working at General Motors?

"GM management continued to negotiate bad union contracts and let dealers steal GM money through sales incentives. Management did nothing to stop the bleeding."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management should engineer cars and trucks that Americans want, not what GM thinks they want. Then they should control the spending."
