"Company is not hiring at this time, we need to get contracts in first."
What don't you like about working at BAE Systems?
"Many of the recent changes have not been for the better. I think the company should try to grow the business in commercial opportunities but they are staying with Govt. only."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"See prior answer regarding commercial opportunities. We are too focused on Govt. only and missing out on many opportunities to grow elsewhere, especially in a shrinking Govt. market."

"In the face of U.S. defense budget cuts, reductions in force may be made in June 2011."
What don't you like about working at Boeing?
"No prospects for advancement despite graduate education. Very few requisitions in Contracts/Pricing across the company; a glass ceiling."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Review your policies on riffed employes re-applying for work at any of your AMGEN sites. My superior in Longmont was fired for employee harrassment shortly after I was laid off (I desired to be laid off because of the terrible atmosphere that he created). This was in Longmont, CO, NOT at the corporate office. His behaviour would have been identified and rectified long before it was in CO."
