Having the ability to approve or deny a mortgage for someone can be the best thing that's ever happened to someone or could be devastating. I find that I will diagnose all documents received and process every possible scenario to come up with a positive solution however there are some that are impossible and have no chance of qualifying based on lender and investor guidelines."
