  • "I loved working at Pacific Drilling. The company truly values its employees and firmly believes in its ethical mission and values. I was offered to lead the compensation in Pacific Drilling reporting directly to the director of employee services with a dotted line to the SVP of Human Resources, unfortunately, the company was hit hard by the COVID 19 as well as the challenges that are facing the Oil & Gas Industries, which eventually led the company to lay off the majority of it employees"
