"Good company just make sure you have everything you expect in writing."

"There was no process in place for many business functions like HR, employee evaluations, no formal plan. Informal about compensation as well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to live to their promises and contracts. In addition, create stronger business processes and learn from people that are new or outside of the company, old guard is getting stale."
