"I enjoy working on a design team with great people. It's gratifying to work with people all over the world on important projects. AECOM has a strong commitment to setting industry standards for client services."

"In order to work with this company, it's important to be able to work well with people. One of the strong value's we have is the involvement of working as a team. This means everyone should have excellent skills in their profession and communicate with others."

What don't you like about working at AECOM?

"I don't have any negative comments about my company. However I'm disappointed that it seems we've lost focus on the clients in our region. Most of the projects I've worked on in the past few years have been with different offices in other regions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"A major suggestion for management is to regain a strong focus for a smaller client base. My opinion is that we've don't bother working with clients unless it offers top design fees."

"Weaver Boos is in the civil engineering field. I have enjoyed this field but am currently looking to work in the web development field."

"The management is strong at Weaver Boos. They are good communicators and open to suggestions."

"I am treated as an adult. I have a lot of respect for the people I work with."

"Just be yourself. The fact that you have an interview shows that the company is interested in you."

What don't you like about working at Eaton?

"I believe that top level management has a short sighted view of the company."

"Don't just look at the quarterly bottom line. Have the vision necessary to take the company far into the 21st century."

"My Direct bosses were great to work for, I always had the most up to date equipmnet to complete my Job."

"There was not much growth opportunity. The management did not seem to want to work with me in regards to reduced compensation and/or benefits when they layed me off."

"Before they lay someone off to seek an alternative, such as reduced salary/ benefits."

"I get tasks with little supervision and others with less experience ask for my guidance."

"Their is not enough work to keep my busy and employed."
