"The early days when it was creative and business was on fire were incredible."

"The new management team doesn't understand the customer and doesn't have respect for people that have been in the company for many yrs."

"Walk the talk. If you say you are about work life balance...then be. If you say you are honest and creative, then inspire that in others and don't crush it out of the staff."

"LEARNED A GREAT DEAL ABOUT THE JAPANESE WORK CULTURE. SUPERVISOR ACTUALLY SHOWED AND EXPLAINED THE PROCESS OF PRODUCTION. GREAT BOSS TO WORK FOR."

"JUST A LITTLE CULTURE CLASH."

"NONE...THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, ENCOURAGED FREE THINKING AND ALLOWED WORKERS TO PUSH THEMSELVES UPWARDS ON THE CAREER LADDER."

"almost everything. Chinese owned, most employees speak only in Chinese even though they know English. Bad atmosphere if you are not Chinese"

"Great supervisor and mgt team overall. comfortable working latitude."

"Keep an open mind in relation to your expectations of an acceptable work environment & culture. Notwithstanding the above, it really was a very nice company and environment to work for/in."
What don't you like about working at FadalCNC?
"non-exsistent materials system based on one's having worked their way up from actually having built the product, in order that you'd understand what everything was and where it could physically be found. NO inventory system whatsoever. Extemely difficult to get your arms around. The company did so poorly sales/shipment-wise, I was laid off before I could become competent at fitting into the system and becoming effective."

"install an actual modern MRP system and train employees to use it."

What do you like about working at SPS Technologies?
"I was hired as a Sr. Buyer, 3 months later they shut down the division Transfered me to the shipping department to help the manager. She was demoted after I had resigned."
What don't you like about working at SPS Technologies?
"It was two companies under the same roof - management was duplicated and costs for both was too much..."

"Streamline the companies."
