"t is a differrent company than it was when I was there, so all I could suggest is for the prosepect to do their homework on the company,"

"They got rid off all management that was there when I was and started over, so I cannot comment on new management team."
What do you like about working at US Foods?
"I liked working with the vendors and making sure all customers were happy. I liked interacting with each department to insure all products were in code and got delivered on time."
What do you like about working at Bristol-Myers Squibb?
"Compenastion. benefits, peers, company was great for the first 12 years then economy change and mergers brought new philosphies and dishonesty from management."

"Talk to current employees and find out if they are satisfied and are allowed to have a family life."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You will still be held accountable for your decisions at the workplace. Those actions are part of the morales you will be judged on as well."
What do you like about working at Solectron?
"Work with a lot of cultures and always busy. I did enjoy living close to work."

"Please listen to the management and do not be afraid to ask questions about the company."

"Everyday is a new challenge. I love what I do and how I do it. Multitask in a very strong working under fast paced conditions daily and making it happen.."

"I have no dislikes as I stated I love my job, I love being a buyer."

"The people who ran the Baltimore plant were excellent. With well over 40 years of qualified experience in running the business."

"Yes. Don't waste your time."

"The broken promises and lies the owners told us."

"No suggestions for the management, Because I was one of them. The owners are the one's that need the suggestions."

What do you like about working at Canadian Pacific Railway?
"I was able (through my own actions) to learn ALL of the aspects of how a railroad operates, cross function all the departments, employees who performed those duties, and understand how a company really operates. It was a GREAT learning experience."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Know that if you start at an early age, that this is going to be your profession all your life until you retire, otherwise, your benefits when you retire, that the Carrot dangling in front of you will not be attained. You must stay until retirement, (if you live that long) in order to reap the benefits you have put in all that time."
What don't you like about working at Canadian Pacific Railway?
"There are some talented people that worked for the railroad, however, if they didn't know someone, or a relative of someone, who was upper management, or deserved a promotion, they would not get it. The promotion would go to a relative of someone within the organization. Too Bad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Give the promotions to people who have worked hard and deserve the promotion, and that would make the railroad operate better and larger profits. Instead they put people in positions, that are not experienced in the tasks at hand, just that they know someone higher up."

"I am very specialized, MC is such a small part but a huge role. There are very few growth opportunities as most of the company is manufacturing, I am young at my office, maybe 2 people under 30, but I love the people I work with in print production, they are not in my office and when I visit they make me feel special and worth while and justify my existance"
What do you like about working at Invista?
"The people I work with really appreciate me, they say they have a comfort zone when I'm involved, I also have grown on my legal and contracting skills and have applied in my personal life."
What don't you like about working at Invista?
"We are privately held do it's hard sometimes to make outside vendors understand why & what are decisions and requirements are, but I am proud of the reasoning."
