"The established nature of Kraft Foods - in that it's not a company destined to be out of business during my lifetime. That's security. But moreover, it's a company that values the entrepreneurial spirit."

"To get hired, you need to have a solid education. To stay at Kraft you need to have spirit."

"Sometimes it takes too long - and too many minds - to come to a decision."
