"Educating, training, managing, and facilitating clients accounts and staff management. I loved also working with other staffs members in every department. Communication between every department was excellent and ensured that the company ran productively and efficiently."

What do you like about working at Booz Allen Hamilton?
"Really smart people. Booz Allen has a great reputation for development, delivery, strategy and high level thinking, which is largely deserved. They are not stingy with compensation or acknowledgement of good work."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Go for this only if you want Booz Allen Hamilton to be your primary family. Minorities beware. You probably won't fit and in this company fit is everything."
What don't you like about working at Booz Allen Hamilton?
"The ingrained corporate culture can be overwhelming if you're not a perfect match. In exchange for what initially looks like great compensation they will extract a few pounds of flesh. Even though they tout it, there is virtually no work life balance. 24/7 is not enough to do everything required. I also suspect a pretty significant racial bias in the overall culture."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop promoting the concept of work life balance as your strong point and be more honest. More like you will be expected to work your tail off but we'll pay you well. The 360 review process is great but is trumped by the power of your china-man. Your sponsor or the lack of one determines your success and longevity."
