What do you like about working at Argus Health Systems?

"I was able to obtain the skill set needed to be an excellent project manager. DST provided tuition reimbursement so that I could receive the majority of my MBA paid for by the company. The relationships that I have developed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The interview process with this company went very well."

What don't you like about working at Argus Health Systems?

"The hiring freeze provides me with no opportunity for advancement. I have also been functioning as a project manager and have performed all of the duties of a project manager but I have not received the title of project manger and have not been compensated for the duties that I have performed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stick with one methodology. Every project that I have worked on the project methodology has changed. It is hard for the technical folks to work with a different project methodology on every project, it is time concuming and time is money."
