"We have technical responsibility and exposure to new technology frequently. However management does not value transparency and deep penetrating request for information. Many user request information and it must be channeled to higher management before action can be taken."

"Not really. It depends on the hiring manager. Don't expect there to be any support beyond what's needed to execute any given contract."

"Don't pretend you care about employees as anything more than temporary necessities."

"Mostly IBM shop. Interviews are pretty technical. Follow general inteview guidelines"

"A bit slow to adopt new technology until recently. The company could benefit more using Mirosoft techonology"

"I enjoy the flexible hours and the personal satisfaction of accomplishment."

"I don't like the executive turnover, VP's and CEO currently being recruited."

"We need a clear vision that we all can work towards."

"Very nice work campus, best I have experienced and has free movie night premiers in the studio theater."

"It is a bit of a decider on whims. I expect my experiences will be totally different than other people."

"Very confused management. Up is down, down is up, why are we not making progress."

"Listen to the workers, don't manage in a bubble filled with assumptions that are wrong and nobody is open to finding out they are wrong."
