Submit a Review"I love the challenge of being a Security Manager and with my experience in security, I am able to mentor employees. I hate the toxic environment that I was in. No employee should be expected to tolerate threats or intimidation from upper management. There was no support although they kept promising it. Their idea of support was to keep putting pressure on you until you could not bear it."

"This would be considered part time work. I would recommend getting a guard card prior to interview."

"the compensation, lack of full time employment, benefits. The facility is old, out dated."

"Employees perform better in a friendly, fun environment. Time to get rid of some dead weight."

"Consider the type of lifestyle you are willing to take on. If you enjoy good pay and benefits and are willing to endure routine base transfers and stress this would be a good fit."
What don't you like about working at United States Air Force?
"Constant transfer of personnel to other bases including deployments causing lack of continuity and family instability. Inflated evaluation system."

"Provide constant feedback on working processes and non-working process to encourage improvement within the work center."

"The company must have good personnel in the human resources area with enough skills and experience to hire the best elements."

"That the company prefers to give more budget to other areas instead of safety or security to comply with the regulations or rules."

"Be more patient and have a lot of documents (procedures, training programs completed, etc.) to support and comply any audit."

"I would tell them to be honest at first. Honesty and integrity is great principle to have in life."

"I do not have any dislike about the company, I enjoyed working there. However, it is people that might deter from the company vision and mission. For that I would say that bias in people is what I do not like. I do not like when people make decision without hearing the real issues or both sides of the story. There is always 3 sides to a story the defendant's, the plaintiff and the truth. Bias virtue can never help with the truth of a story or incident."

"I suggestions would be first to believe in their employees and let give them a chance to learn. Provide more training opportunities for people to grow within the company's structure."

"A great opportunity to develop and grow within the industry."

"Simply be honest and be prepared to work nights and weekends."

"Receiving a layoff and a package after nine years of service."

"Lacking a sense of 'one-company' due to merger-acquistion strategy at-times causes conflict between GBUs due to a need for a common direction"

"Management embraces change, however the culture of separate brands slows progress"

"Be patient, do not be intimidated and challenge corporate back, and never give up."

"Samsung Corporate support is very poor, and many times they send all correspondence in Korean only."
