What don't you like about working at Boeing?

"It is very difficult to get promotions or advancements or decent raises."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It doesn't matter. They don't listen. Most of the real decision makers need to retire and let the new generation take over."

"They are a large company, so they have lots of benefits and contracts to work on. There's always a good opportunity if you want to move on to something new."

"It would all depend on what section and position you interviewed with/for. Therefore, there's nothing I can help you with."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"The management structure and constant restructuring at the company always makes it difficult to know what you are supposed to be doing next and who you work for. Management has not been very good since Ron Sugar retired."

"I think this is a great company with which to start your career, and if they address the communication issues, they would be a great company with which to stay long term."

"There seems to be a lack of support from management. The company is located in another state, and they often fail to include employees in their activities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest more communication on the part of the company. There are several companies which employ people outside of the immediate corporate office, and those companies manage to make their employees feel like a part of the coporation."
