"I have been a guard for almost 5 years now and this company has pushed many guards' buttons while I've worked for them. We have gone through 3 supervisors since I have been there and are without one right now. Nobody wants to take the position due to the fact of the company not helping when coverage is required. Pay is average and the hours can be brutal if someone decides to call off, especially if you've just worked a 12 hour shift... The company does not reward their employees, at least not at our site. Some of the guards have literally taken the time from their family and out of their own day to show up and help the company with coverage yet not a simple thank you, at least not in my 5 years being there... However besides the hassle of being called and making you feel pressured to come in when someone calls off this is by far the easiest job anyone could ever take and if you can find a site around where you live that's a plus too."
