"Fellow employees. Nice office and great pay compared to similar positions. For a while we were able to get our job done and not be bothered"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared for a long day of interviewing. Even though you might meet with several people. None of there opinions count. Infact, they might not even be asked after the interview is over how you did. It is merely just a waste of 3 hours."

What don't you like about working at SecureWorks?

"Micro management, call center environment and lack of true leadership outside of the executive team."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Company is growing but the only people that are advancing are the people they bring from an acqusition or new hires. No career development at all."
