"I liked to do research on returned items, charge customers' accounts if needed, and prepare Settlement proceedings."

What don't you like about working at Riggs Bank?

"Telephone. The reason is that I do not hear well over the phone, so my colleaques gave me messages and I replied accordingly and fast. Everything went fine."
