"Seating arrangement was horrible. Owners personal feelings often overrided necessary changes to policy."

"Do and mean what you say. Treat all employees right and don't segregate the new from the old. Give everyone a decent place to work out of."

"IT was last on the budget. Our seating arrangement was horrible. There was no room to think. President/owner had no trust or would override IT Decision with personal feeelings."

"I would suggest that the President / Owner listen to it IT Management and move forward with changes no matter how difficult they seem."
