"to look at the person, what he brings to the table. They need to judge on results, not on personality"

"I started with the company when it was Sebastian and saw it evolve greatly. It was acquired by The Wella Corporation and then finally by P&G. It was a very creative environment and enjoyed the work/life balance they strived to provide."
What don't you like about working at Sebastian International?
"Having been acquired by P&G I was sad to be part of the lay-off since they were consolidating the HR functions to their corporate offices in Ohio."

"I felt they handled a delicate situation with much care, so I could only commend them for their efforts in making the transition as painless as possible."

"Its was very different from other places. The Compnay was cash poor and inventory rich."
