"Don't do it. Beware. Lies and deceit. They tell you what you want to hear to take the job, and then it's a different ball game."

What don't you like about working at Sears?

"The Servent Leader... a joke. It is a smoke screen for a takeover that will bankrupt the company and put many out of work. Senior Regional Managers (SLOs) are the poorest I have seen. The company used to care about their employees. All they care about now is the money. The welfare of their pocket books is what is important... not the patients. GET THE MONEY at all cost!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They should employ an undercover boss to investigate the Cleveland/Akron/Youngstown/Pittsburgh markets. Listen to the employees and remove the outdated regionals and replace them with someone who will coach and mentor their managers for success, not failure. The Executive Branch has no idea what certain SLOs are doing in the field. It is a smoke screen to take the heat off of themselves."
