"Very process-oriented, which may slow down the execution."
"Seagate as a company is decent to work for. But the management does not understand where the cost cutting should be applied and does not try to understand the acquired business to make it profitable."
"I have worked for Seagate for over 26 years. I have held various job titles and worked in multiple roles including starting off in the automation lab to ultimately moving into the design integration role. I utilized the employee tuition reimbursement plan to achieve my engineering degree when I was new to the company. I've enjoyed my time there by creating valuable relationships and traveling all over the world. It's been a very rewarding experience."
"Not much progress for people of color. Extremely hard to move up."
"I've worked with EVault since August 6, 2012. They are a good company, fun bosses. They have a great Tech Support team that goes above and beyond their call to provide solutions to the customer. The only downside is that it is hard to move up in the support role. Overall I would recommend this company, as it is a great starter to work for."
"Seagate is a large company that was well immersed in politics and inefficiency."
