"The group I worked were highly competent. We were doing front end research. We were the first to evaluate and integrate high areal density head media and preamplifier components."

"It's a high technology company. They have gone to perpendicular recording."

What don't you like about working at Seagate?

"I see the Techonlogy getting replaced by flash."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management was complete hands off. They need to get involved more. They need to give more outside training."
