"Wait until companies installs a General Manager and have the President and Owner step aside for occasional strategy sessions"

"Owner and President wanted complete control over operations and sales/marketing while not being able to work full time. Could not work with technology to communicate (email, presentations,etc)"

"Expanded the product line. Hired a global outside sales force. Dramatically increase sales"
