"The work is rewarding in that we are improving and promoting education at the primary and secondary level. Further, supervisory staff is very supportive."

"Be honest, dedicated, communicate well, flexible, and be patient ."
What don't you like about working at Pearson?
"The seasonality of scoring projects. I prefer working on a full-time, permanent basis."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire good scorers on a permanent basis with benefits and a pay scale, commenserate with experience."
