"I enjoyed helping the children with their academic progress. The parents were great they truly loved the program. I think that there needed to be some improvement on the curriculum."

"Be yourself and sell yourself! What are things that you can bring to the table that others can't"

What don't you like about working at SCORE! Educational Centers?

"What I didn't like about working at score was I didn't feel that they had an appreciation for families. I remember I had to sell the program on Black Friday at 5AM. I was told if I did not join the other management I could be at risk of losing my job. I was going to eat at my in-laws house that was 2.5 hours away from the center but since I was scared of losing my job my husband and I spent thanksgiving alone. That's when I new this job wasn't for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As a manager you have to be empathetic to your employees but you can't have them walk all over you either. There has to be a fine line. I learned at one of my teaching positions that you can't always have your employees be your friend. You are there boss and they have to respect. I agree!"
