"I worked for TSS for 4 yrs. It was very fun environment in the beginning. I had excellent supervisors, trained me well. The company, however, lacked consistency and had a high turnover rate among management. Over all, I enjoyed working there very much and I still maintain a relationship with my co-workers and supervisors. There was not a lot of room to move up. Managers were constantly being demoted or fired. It kind of made you scared to advance."

"TSS is gone now; done in by their own ineptitude, and by hanging all of their hopes on Medicare payouts. Only about 8 or 9% of the workforce was actually productive, actually producing billable hours. The other 90% or so was strictly overhead. And everything they did made it harder and harder for that small group to continue to be productive. Local management was micromanaged to the point of being highly paid paper-pushers."

"Do not consider a career with this company unless you are at the corporate headquarters and you are willing to party after hours with the management. I was not willing to sacrafice my family life. Thus I moved out of the headquarters thinking it would be different."

What don't you like about working at The Scooter Store?

"I did not like the unrealistic sales goals placed on the reps. Additionally I did not like how they told us that they were going to have to cut employees based off of perfornance and yet decided to simply cut many employees without regard to thier performance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say that better communication is needed for outside employees."

"Being able to help people regain there freedom and independence back, providing them with power mobility. The freedom to be able to work independently and arrange my own schedule"
