"I worked at my previous employer for over 6 years. And while there were challenges the people and relationships I made were great. I believe this firm focused too much on EBITA and not enough on the employees. The goal was to be acquired and the exit for the chiefs. Not a bad plan however the people that helped get them there were disregarded and constantly overlooked."

"This is very good company in the sense that it gives you an opportunity to learn Wealth Management Domain very quickly and due to its small size it provides an excellent exposure to all the aspects of Software Development. There is good work-life balance and people are generally cooperative. The biggest disadvantage for Software Professionals is that growth opportunities are non existent due to lack of vertical hierarchy and the compensation is generally less than current market standards."

"It was a job and I got paid, but the work was limited and then they outsourced most of it."

"Forget it. They are only hiring in India and China these days."

"They are very cheap, looking to make as much money on the backs of the people as they can"

"Have a little more respect for people who work for you."
