"The management is useless. Since they have never done the work (that they expect from us) they have no idea of the problems we have trying to do our work, whether it is systems issues, lousy designs (since apparently the sales people don't know what they are doing either) or any other issues we might have. In the words of a wise man, If I didn't build the house, I won't know how to fix the problems."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Fire all of the managers that did not work their way up through the company. If they had actually done the work, they might have some empathy towards their employees."
