"To work for the state, you have to be dedicated about assisting the public. The pay for the state is not competitive. If your desire is to make money versus helping others, the state may not be the job for you. It is a job you can get great satisfaction if you love assisting others and believe in yourself and your contributions.. It may not be if you rely on others for your worth. I answered the questions below and had to come back to this review. The reason is because I have a new supervisor and haven't gotten the opportunity to understand and/or grow under this person. Our relationship was good before the transfer, but because I do not have the data to determine the relationship as a supervisor, it is difficult to answer and may not be accurate."
